Services provided by Engineering and Maintenance Service Executive

is structurally accountable to VPAD and provides the following major services to support ASTU achieve its missions and Vision.

• Perform identification of physical facility Maintenance defects, preparation of BoQ and working drawing with its engineering cost estimate as well as supervision of facility maintenance services.
• Perform water production by operation of six (6) deep water wells, distribution to service facilities, Installation of water supply and distribution system and maintenance of the distribution system.
• Perform sewer system installation, maintenance and servicing.
• Perform electric supply system installation, distribution and maintenance service and power supply with the help of standby generators during regular power interruption.
• Perform building maintenance and rehabilitation services; such as office partition service, door locks and glass replacement, ceiling, roof, wall, etc. maintenance and renovation activities.
• Facilitate furniture production, assembling and disassembling and maintenance services.
• Perform Liquid wastewater treatment service with the help of ASTU’s modern wastewater treatment plant.
