Project Overview: Renovation and Maintenance at ASTU

ASTU, a 3rd Generation university, has undertaken a comprehensive renovation and maintenance initiative to revitalize several buildings on its campus. Currently, some blocks are under maintenance, while others have been partially handed over. The project includes mixed-use (commercial and guest house) blocks in the downtown area (Franko), a G+4 condominium in the town , a staff lounge, a daycare center, a secondary school, and a sports field within the university premises. The project aims to enhance key facilities to better serve the ASTU community. Previously, many blocks were non-functional, but through rehabilitation, they have been fully restored.

With its upgraded amenities and flexible usage, it can host academic guests, university partners, and conference attendees, making it a valuable asset for the institution.

Additionally, the condominium now provides comfortable residential housing for staff, while the staff lounge offers a dedicated space for relaxation and professional interactions.
