Adama Science and Technology University (ASTU) convened a successful validation workshop for the research project entitled "Technology Need Assessment and Strategic Roadmap for the ICT, Trade, Transport and Environment sectors of Oromia Regional State" on May 2, 2025, at the Dire International Hotel in Adama, Ethiopia.

Office of Vice President for Administration and Development arranged a training for its Administration Executives and Team Leaders staff on May 22, 2025, at Borati Hall.

Dr. Solomon Tiruneh, Vice President for Administration and Development, officially opened the training. He emphasized that everyone in the University should work beyond their usual duties to help achieve the University's vision and mission.
Mr. Daniel Beyera, a professional trainer, a lecturer and a researcher at ASTU talked about leadership, professionalism, and building trust within organizations.
Similarly, Dr. Abebe Shawil, a professional trainer, an instructor and a researcher at ASTU discussed the qualities of good organizations, leadership participation, and customer service.
Participants appreciated the training and asked for more sessions in the future.
Dr. Teshome Abido, Vice President for Academic Affairs, closed the event. He reminded civil servants to support government reforms by completing tasks on time, maintaining quality, and being innovative.
