Dr. Shibiru Ayalew Melesse

The CoHSS is proud to announce a significant academic achievement: Dr. Shibiru Ayalew Melesse successfully defended his PhD dissertation on May 19, 2025. His pivotal research is titled "The Financial System in Ethiopia: Digital Readiness, Innovation, and Inclusiveness."  This milestone, alongside Dr. Ifa Muleta Boru's defense on May 17, 2025, marks a pioneering moment for ASTU, as they are the inaugural PhD graduates in Technology and Innovation Management.

This truly inspiring achievement is a testament to their exceptional dedication and rigorous hard work over the past four or more years.
