On January 20, 2025, at Borati Hall, Dr. Edo Rago, Dean of the College of Humanities and Social Science, officially signed a Key Performance Contract (KPC) with Dr. Teshome Abdo, the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) of Adama Science and Technology University (ASTU).

The event was attended by Dr. Lami Guta, President of ASTU, Dr. Solomon Tiruneh, Vice President for Administration and Development, and Professor Yadessa Melaku, CEO of the President's Office, among others. Dr. Lami Guta emphasized the importance of shared responsibility among deans, directors, coordinators, and all other staff members to ensure the effective implementation of the KPIs.

Finally, Dr. Lami Guta underscored that every member of the university must efficiently carry out their assigned tasks and report their progress as outlined in their contracts. This approach aims to foster both individual growth and institutional development, ensuring that ASTU continues to excel in fulfilling its mission.
