Special Grant Calls For Female Researchers

The Research and Centers of Excellence Directorate is pleased to announce a special grant opportunity for female researchers at ASTU. This grant aims to promote the participation of female researchers and support the advancement of their research initiatives. This is, therefore, to invite all interested female academic and research staff to submit their research project proposals aligned with the thematic areas of the University.

Submission Deadline: January 10, 2025

Submission Location: Respective Colleges Research and Technology Transfer Office/CoEs

Important Notes:

• The project proposal must be submitted using the ASTU research grant application format
• Applicants may involve male co-researchers from ASTU or other relevant national industries and research institutes, provided they present a support letter from their institution
• Expected outputs, benefits, and beneficiaries of the project must be clearly indicated
• Priority will be given to thematic (multidisciplinary) research projects
